Construction Electroplated end caps substantially co-axial with a ceramic barrel. Sand filled inside of the body.
Current and Voltage ratings 2A, 3A, 5A, 10A and 13A / 250Va.c.
Frequency 45Hz to 62Hz Breaking Capacity Rating 6,000A / 250V Power Loss Rating The rated power loss shall not exceed one watt when carrying rated current.
Color The fuse barrel shall be marked in red for 3A and brown for 13A. All other ratings, such as 2A, 5A and 10A, shall be in black.
Electrical Characteristic Fuse-link must not operate when within 30 minutes at 160% of rated current. Fuse-link must operate when within 30 minutes at 190% of rated current.
Standard Comply to BS1362:1973 standard including amendment 1 and 2.
Approval BSI, ASTA, Nemko, and HKSI for all ratings, PSB tested for ratings of 3A, 5A and 13A.
